| Prices are for single or double occupancy. Depending on the room, additional guests may occupy suite for $15 per night each. |

Inn at Fly Creek Stables - Policies
| We are an adults-only facility. No children under 14 allowed. |
| Guests must sign our "Assumption of Risk and General Release" form before using our facilities. |
| The facilities are for use by Inn guests only. |
| Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. |
| Abuse of alcohol or any substance, legal or illegal will be grounds for immediate removal from the premises without refund. |
| Payment Policy - 50% reservation deposit must be received within 10 days of making reservation. Balance due, in cash, at check-in. |
| Refunds of 50% deposit are subject to reservation cancellation if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to first date of stay. |
| We are a non-smoking facility. |
| No pets. |
